Read Later is a browser extension that saves your place on a web page so you can return to it later. This policy describes what the extension stores and what it does not do.
When you mark a page, the extension saves the following in Chrome’s local storage on that device:
This data stays in the browser profile where you installed the extension. Read Later does not run a server, and it does not transmit this data to the developer or to any third party.
The saved information is used only to show your reading list and to reopen a page at the marked position. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to assess credit or for lending.
You can delete a single entry from the extension popup. Uninstalling the extension removes the data stored by the extension in that browser profile.
